"Shipping cost kind of ruined it for me"
I felt like I got stuck paying way too much for shipping. My order wasn’t even that big, so seeing the final cost made the whole purchase feel not worth it. It’s frustrating because I was ready to buy, but then the shipping basically made me feel like I was being punished for ordering

I went in needing help picking the right oil, and they made it easy. I was a little unsure at first, well, I just didn’t really know what to grab—but they explained it clearly enough and pointed me in the right direction.

"Good, honest order but tracking could be better"
I ordered from LubWeb and, to be fair, everything arrived exactly as I chose it. Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped, and I think that’s the basic standard any shop should stick to, so credit where it’s due. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it was acceptable. I’m giving 4 stars because the order was accurate and straightforward, though I do feel customers deserve clearer tracking instead of having to wonder where their package is.

The weird part is, I wasn’t expecting anything super fast, but this still took way too long to arrive. By the time it finally got delivered, I was already frustrated. Not really happy with the delivery experience.

"Packaging was rough"
My order showed up on time, so that was good. But the box was crushed badly, and one of the bottles had leaked a little. The product itself seems fine. Just not great packaging for shipping. Kind of disappointing

"The site is really frustrating to use"
I had a hard time getting around the site. The pages were confusing, and half the time it did not seem to work the way it was supposed to. It just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"I sent my order back weeks ago..."
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Support replies, but it’s always really short answers and nothing actually gets sorted. It’s been a really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll order from LubWeb again...

"Support got back to me fast"
I reached out to support and, they replied quick. I was expecting to wait around for a while—started doing something else and kind of forgot for a minute, but their response came in sooner than I thought. Nice when that happens

"Expected better for the price"
I ordered from LubWeb and, to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. The delivery was fine and the packaging was decent, but the product itself just didn’t feel like great quality. It felt cheaper than I expected and didn’t work as smoothly as it should have. There was also a bit of extra packaging that felt unnecessary. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I really thought it would be better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Stock info was a bit awkwardly wrong"
I ordered the item because the site showed it was in stock, so I thought I was all set. Then I got told later that it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating. I felt kind of embarrassed too because I’d already told someone I had it sorted out. I ended up waiting around and then having to search for it somewhere else. The site itself is fine, but the stock availability really needs to be clearer
